Before registering, all partners must accept the following terms:
 1. Business Ethics – Partners must follow ethical practices, uphold integrity, and comply with company policies.
 2. Product Sales – Nouvelife products are for retail sale only. Wholesale distribution, bulk selling, and unauthorized pricing changes are strictly prohibited.
 3. Sponsorship & Registration – Each person may have only one account. Registering an existing partner before the sponsor change period is not allowed.
 4. Brand & Marketing Guidelines –
 • Using the Nouvelife name or logo without official permission is forbidden.
 • Partners cannot promote products as medicine or treatment, as Nouvelife products are not drugs or medical treatments.
 5. Pricing Policy – Partners must not engage in unfair pricing practices that harm the business environment of other partners. This includes undercutting prices, misleading customers, or engaging in unfair competition.
 6. Disciplinary Actions – Violations may result in account suspension (2 months) or termination, affecting the partner, their spouse, and first-degree family members.
 7. Exclusive Commitment – Partners cannot work with other direct-selling companies while representing Nouvelife.

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with Nouvelife’s policies.
